Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your jewelry. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on non-custom items within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Request

  Visit our Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 2.
  Secure Packaging

  Place the item in its original packaging, including all certificates and appraisal documents provided.

• 3.
  Affix Label

  Print the prepaid insured shipping label provided via email and attach it to your shipping box.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Inspection

  Drop the package at an authorized carrier location. Once received, our gemologists will inspect the item before processing your refund.
